This policy provides a framework for establishing and reviewing our objectives. These objectives are derived from our Business Plan and Cash Flow Plan.

The two partners have overall responsibility for the implementation of this policy. They fully understand their responsibilities for the effective implementation of the Quality Management System. Full facilities are afforded to customer's representatives and approving organisations in carrying out any assessment of the Quality Management System operation.

This policy reflects the current business structure, size and operation. However this policy is reviewed for continuing suitability during management review meetings.
